Scott is a writer and comedian. His stories have appeared in Electric Literature, Griffith Review, Going Down Swinging, The Suburban Review, Westerly, The Furphy Anthology, The Big Issue Fiction Edition and Kill Your Darlings’ New Australian Fiction, and his collection-in-progress was shortlisted for the Richell Prize. He was a 2023 winner of the Griffith Review Emerging Voices competition and is currently the Copyright Agency Frank Moorhouse Fellow.

He has performed sketch and improv at fringe and comedy festivals around Australia, including his most recent show 'Scoot Lambrock: Journey to the Infinite Void' ('A joy' – The Age). His feature film screenplay, Crime Casters, is in development with Haven't You Done Well Productions, with funding from Screen Australia."
