    LEAD ANIMATOR

Charlotte Bird-Weber is a queer, neurodiverse artist who crawled out of a haunted mangrove swamp in Brisbane, and soon after descended upon Melbourne to achieve its Bachelors of Fine Art, specialising in animation.

Its graduate film The Curb Rats of Brisbane City was screened at MIAF and launched its career as an indie animator, working on projects such as award winning short film American Sikh, animated shorts for Bethesda's Fallout franchise, Adult Swim's Smiling Friends, as well as countless music videos, advertisements, trailers, and even directing its own shorts.

Having the joy of working in almost all areas of animation, including writing, storyboarding, voice acting and design, Charlotte prides itself on being a jack of all trades, in both career and life. It cultivates many creative passions, but animation has been its one true love since first creating flip-books on old computer paper as a child.

Charlotte currently haunts the streets of Melbourne's northern suburbs, magnet fishing in sewer drains and thinking about goblins.
